Remember that the $4billion road being rammed through Wellington is not for the benefit of Wellingtonians but instead for National Party ministers who hate this city and can't wait to leave it after a long term week at parliament destroying the economy and doing a bit of racism
Looking at the map at changes around my neighbourhood it looks like (because of a number of no right turns allowed) it will literally take me longer to get to the airport and longer get home from the city than it currently does. And even a little longer to ride my bike to the city.
