Music hot-take #6: I quite frequently enjoy other people covering David Bowie more than I enjoy Bowie's original recordings. Peter Gabriel's cover of "Heroes" being the most obvious example.

The only way I can rationalize all of this is that the people he plans to nominate have already proven they are very ineffective at governance, so maybe they'll prove to be very ineffective at destroying the country.
