Thanks. I went to another bike shop and they echoed what you said.

I'm not super tough on frames I think? I just crashed and then rage-rode the bike home with the rear wheel off center. The studs notched a hole into the chain stay.

The location of the racks is also an issue. The steep slippery slopes with heavy cargo bikes is not my favorite. Over by stage 1 was better.
