2/2- It’s super unfortunate that people can be this ignorant - and put so much time and effort in creating such one sided videos for the purpose of harm. Clearly it was anti Canada. It scares me that we aren’t teaching enough media literacy in schools for people to recognize the issues here.

But it was truly attempting to paint an extremely negative (and with only a grain of truth) picture. The video also interviews kids (no parents) (who I recognized)in street - which made me super uncomfortable and this should be against YouTube policies.

That would be a disaster for so many families who rely on trustee support I agree with you fully!

What exactly is the purpose of getting rid of trustees? They aren’t paid much, they represent the community - voted in. While I have some concerns with a few trustees’vocal anti woke, anti equity sentiments- it isn’t reason to stop this practice, rather to refine Save money and trim from top!

We were also very health conscious and still - to this day- drives me crazy that it was at daycare that my child first tasted chocolate pudding! He was perfectly happy with the healthy treats we provided. I complained but was met with blank stares ..

Too funny… my current job as teacher (Gifted/2e), I spend many minutes trying to remind my students it’s ok to sit back and let someone be wrong (or at least wait until an appropriate time to tell them 😂)
