1. Get a job in J-E localization (freelance or in-house)
2. Consume more JP media in JP (JRPGs, manga, anime, etc.)
3. Attend more fighting game tournaments (locals and majors)

Looks like the two major tournaments I'm going to next year are gonna be Combo Breaker and CEO.

It sucks for all the dedicated players who's spent years with their accounts.
But as someone who has only played Granblue Versus and Relink, this is a great opportunity for me to experience the main game and to actually get to know the story and characters.

It sucks for all the dedicated players who's spent years with their accounts.
But as someone who has only played Granblue Versus and Relink, this is a great opportunity for me to experience the main game and to actually get to know the story and characters.

Finished Tales of Rebirth! Such a beautiful game. The gameplay, the art, the story, it was all fantastic!

Finished Tales of Rebirth! Such a beautiful game. The gameplay, the art, the story, it was all fantastic!

I need to pick up MonHun Wilds again especially after the latest update. I also wanna get back into rhythm games but I don't know which one to focus on.

The Game Awards was pretty nice this year! A lot of game announcements I was excited for with a few unexpected ones.

2015 - Took JP classes at uni (considered taking N3 and working up from there but said screw it and just aimed for N1)
2023 - Failed N1
2024 - Passed N1

It's funny how I went from playing SF6 and COTW earlier in the year to going back to UNI2 and discovering E's Laf 2 by the end. And I'm still playing GBVSR.

I was just thinking of getting a new PC and here comes the Steam Machine. There's a lot of negativity around Windows 11 as well so this seems like a good chance to try out a Linux-based OS.
