I think having non uniform TVs is also a really important aspect. As an art piece, you want your eyes to wander around the image. The variety adds character & has a hypnotic effect. A pile of TVs is chaotic, a perfectly lined up row where they're all the same size isn't as fun.

I adore that image set, and “AMURICA RUNN NO DUNDUN” is something ive said out loud derisively to the bemusement of chosen few.
