Interesting how Sideshow Bob editing the commercial looks like it's done on some kind of linear videotape editing machine but the monitor shows what looks like advanced nonlinear video editing software.

Homer's last line, being on the spectrum I can kind of feel like that with television commercials with the sound on, because they can be unpredictable and sometimes like loud audible jumpscares, like when you're in school and the fire alarm suddenly goes off.
