Alright yeah focaccia is the way to go. Easy to cut and nice flavor. I left the Maldon salt off the top cuz that would be too overpowering in the stuffing

Ok so I fucked it up because I added too much broth lol but I think I'm just gonna make focaccia and use that. Easier to cut and I'm just gonna follow some moron's recipe instead of winging it. 6 trays going in today wish me luck

So I just used straight up breadcrumbs to try and imitate the tiny little bread cubes in Stovetop and as expected they were too small but I'm on to something here. Next test will have slightly bigger bread chunks
