Simultaneously glad that genre nerds get it and disappointed that too many disabled spaces still don't (won't?).

One thing that's hurt the most this week when catching up with neighbors: how shocked they are to learn Kaia was almost 12 years old.
She looked young, lean/fit, had puppy-level zest for adventures. She could've stayed with us several more years if not for cancer.
