Arch Linux user + KDE lover. Nintendo fan since childhood [games, not the company] & casual gamer with more heart rather than skill. Playing primarily on Nintendo Switch + PC, trying to make the best of things. 🕹️ 🎮
This genuinely has me laughing hard, what the fuck 😭

I think it's completely unreasonable to say that Linux has the consistent advantage against Windows, like some Linux users say. I run Arch daily and still appreciate how simple Windows can be from time-to-time.

In terms of RPD vs VNC, I cannot say, but I did just wanna say this. Use what you like!

Nice! I love the cinnamon desktop so much. Looks so clean and I'm glad Mint uses it, considering it's so rock solid.

I'm a KDE user, personally, but admire the classic look-and-feel of these desktops. Mine isn't too 'intuitive', but it feels / looks nice and works.

Also, Duckstation? Let's go! 💞

There are a surprising amount of uses for it, despite what people say about it. Yes, there are things to worry about, but for me? A quick question and I get full bash scripts? That's pretty neat, if you ask me.

It's a good tool, but a dangerous one, so I'm excited + scared for the future of Ai.

It's hella fun to learn! I started in 2021 and haven't looked back since. Went from daily driving Mint with no clue of what the fuck a terminal is to daily driving Arch Linux and tinkering around my system regularly.

Glad you're having fun! 💞

Felt that. There are some that do care, some that are scared, and some that are very much in both camps. It's interesting that so many people are in denial of a tool that can help so, so many people for little cost or performance use.

There are undeniable benefits, and harm, but it's worth learning

There's no doubt that it takes from artists, and that prospect is scary, but there is room for genuine touches Ai cannot hit yet and an appreciation for tags, yknow...

Yes, there is a flood of shit going around with the concept. However, it should learn to be managed, not restricted, yknow?

As a new-day programmer in some respects, I cannot help but find Ai a bit useful for checking over my own code for errors or helping figure out a simple script or two for basic functions.

Beyond that, it's use cannot be denied, but it is a scary prospect. Cautious, but sorta excited, not gonna lie.

This is specifically my Pixel setup. My PC sets are far too big to show off in screenshots here, lmfao. Emulation is the shit. 💞

Debian, which can definitely be great after setup, but gets outdated quick and overall isn't the *most* beginner friendly.

I really think if openSUSE can clean up their UI a bit for the modern world somehow, we could have a beast of a company supporting Linux, to be honest.

Fuckin' love openSUSE!

I love living under the guise of "having opinions without shitting on others for theirs". Of course, there are things that are hard to separate from time-to-time, but that's up tone ones judgment.

It's so much easier to just let people be and try to focus on yourself and living free in that regard.
