Thinking about the Thunderbolts movie at the moment and man, I love the quiet intensity The Sentry has. Like there’s a scene in the second trailer where a bunch of military dudes aim at him and Lewis Pullman’s physical acting is really great at selling the level of power he has.

Been obsessively listening to To The Wilder by Woodkid over the last few days. Wonderful song and it’s used so well in the trailer for Death Stranding 2. Definitely thinking about picking up the game now. Going to replay the first soon as I can’t remember anything about it.

Currently listening to Carcharadons: Red Tithes by Robbie Macniven and read by Shogo Miyakita. Enjoying it quite a bit. Hadn’t heard too much about the Carcharadons before this but I like their aesthetics. The idea of them being utterly silent during their berserk fury is cool. I like the pacific

Was rewatching Infinity War and Endgame recently just to confirm that I still love them and noticed that Ebony Maw really acts like Lorgar at certain points. Even has that prophetic voice I imagine Lorgar has. Jonathan Keeble has always done a great job as Lorgar because he softens his voice

Been thinking about the Superman trailer again and once specific moment that sticks in my head is that moment where he punches out a glass class case. It’s interesting because we know he’s capable of lifting and destroying more impressive things but there’s something tangible about the glass.

Christopher Nolan’s adaptation of The Odyssey is probably going to be technically brilliant but I swear, if the Cyclops is a tall man with one eye or if the sea monsters are just figments of the Odysseus’ imagination, I’ll lose my mind. I know the blurb says it’ll include the mythic elements

It’s still insane to me that we’re getting a live action Krpyto with powers on the big screen. Like 10 years ago, that wouldn’t happen. I imagined it would have been laughed out of the room back in 2014/15. It’s so wonderful that the MCU did a great job at familiarising audiences

Thinking about the Kraven movie and it’s a little confusing. I haven’t seen it but the that’s the same for the other spider man villain films. Anyway to my point, Kraven has a cool backstory in the comics with a focus on mental illness and set amidst the backdrop of the downfall of the Russian czar

Oh I caught the Warhammer episode of secret level and ye gods what a wonderful thing. Quite excited to see where Henry Cavil takes his Amazon project, I think it’s going to be fun. My guess is either Eisenhorn or Gaunt’s Ghosts.
