To celebrate Tomato Fest, I spent enough time outside today to make my face look like a tomato. From the parade, the festival, some porch sitting, some racing, and some celebrating a friend’s master’s degree I can officially say I am exhausted. Well done, Nashville.

It was a YIMBY kind of morning here in Goodlettsville as we celebrated the grand opening of Stone Bridge Lofts. 311 affordable units at 60% AMI and featuring some retail space fronting Main Street. So proud to have played a small role in helping identity this site & secure entitlements. 😁
