I’m Zach Ross, an ex-PhD candidate turned drummer for my favorite band: Spare Change.
I suffered an ego death in 2023 after experiencing a devastating breakup, and have since committed my life to connecting people through music.

Finally watched Baby Reindeer
Aside from the trauma, it’s insane how relatable Richard’s struggles were. The hatred he feels towards himself is something I, and I’m sure many other, artists had to work through in some point of their lives. It’s disturbing, but well worth the watch

An interesting question I’ve been asking myself almost everyday now, not necessarily about #meditation but any #practice. The best resolution I’ve been able to come up with is being relentless in cultivating a deeper sense of joy for what you’re doing
