The timing feels especially critical: this week the Trump administration moved to gut permanent housing programs nationwide. As the safety net is torn apart and the affordability crisis deepens, this report shows what's at stake for millions of people.

Here's how the segment is being described:

Epstein’s email that Tump is the dog that didn’t bark (a reference to SherlockHolmes by Sir Conan Doyle) means he was saying Trump wasn’t just a participant, he was the one running it all. They were partners. Trump wasn’t just a customer.

REP. @aoc.bsky.social : “I think these emails demonstrate precisely why Republicans have been trying to block the release of the Epstein files… Trump had a very close personal relationship with Epstein and spent time with the victims… it’s horrifying.”

We took on a powerful incumbent who was expected to coast to reelection.

We faced more corporate PAC money than has ever been spent attacking a candidate in a Seattle election.

We built a people-powered movement rooted in hope for our city’s future.

And we won.

This is YOUR city!

3 minutes of your time. It explains why and how Trump plans on destroying and enslaving marginalized groups. This is the starting point. It will get worse and engulf many more as it is spread.

It's the rich and powerful mindset. They see most of us as "inferior" creatures there for them to exploit and control. That's the only way to get richer. Keeping wages low, tying healthcare to jobs, indebting those who go to college, etc are ways to siphon money & keep us trapped.

Congresswoman Dexter, if you want to upend the status quo in Oregon, start a federal investigation into the systemic corruption at Oregon Youth Authority. @tinakotek.bsky.social seems to think just replacing the director and not his accomplices-assistants-will solve the corruption. It won’t.

Oregonians deserve more than the status quo—they deserve a government that is obsessed with serving working families. That’s how I am approaching my work in Congress.
