Google maps doesn't work in Korea, so download kakao map or naver maps and just get a bus or train to a few places. Also taxis are cheap. Kakao taxi basically works like uber.

That's great and then at the same time you are trying to add a road user tax (that mostly doesn't go to maintenance of the roads, just in to general revenue) for EV's that will slow down the uptake of these cars.

Let's tax EV's more with a tax that goes to general revenue and not to fix the roads because our donors (owners) don't like them. Besides what's wrong with a bit of cancer in the centre of our cities anyway?

I think it’s because he doesn’t understand it. He thinks it means that the fossil fuel users still get charged tax in the fuel. He doesn’t understand the removal of that tax and the addition of the other tax. Maybe it’s because he promised not to add any new taxes?

None of them. As a passenger the economy class seats were originally designed as 2-4-2 but then they jammed us in with a 3-3-3 config. I always pick an A350 over a 787.
