Z library has some good stuff! Def go through their wiki page to find the current link and be safe when downloading anything. I have had luck with their desktop app too.

Most likely the pharmacist reached out to the doctor to have a new prescription sent for 30 days after explaining the situation to them

Looks like only susceptible if it’s also susceptible to vancomycin, so i would say a no go for VRE
