My grievance is with the people who randomly comment in the group chat on something from several days before that is basically done and dusted.

And tape! We have a bedroom tape and scissors we hide in the closet for Christmas.

Yes these places exist and are awesome. I can think of many we’ve been to that are similar and some even have outdoor lawn games set up which is so fun. They clearly say - play here.

I have three kids but I will say unless there was an open area grassy area, a defined play/game space, clearly indicate kid spot, I probably wouldn’t let my kids run around even if it looked like tables were far apart. But I doubt I would care if others did and a kid fall would mean nothing.

So then that would be an example of where kids could be playing then. Others just have picnic tables and are outside and there’s nothing that screams run and play.

I don’t know if kids should be running around outside at a brewery. Outside- yes, in a designated play space -yes, but amid outdoor tables and patio set up - kind of no? More context is needed I think. What was the set up? Kid falling is irrelevant.

Forgetting that they have more in common with those they don’t like than they thought they did so actually voting to make their own lives worse too.

Absolutely reasonable but needs to be communicated and planned with the other partner in terms of what it realistically looks like. Little kids aren’t great at waiting 30 mins for dad to chill, for example.

Are these people real??? Have they met a toddler?
November 15, 2025 at 4:08 AM
100% this. All day. Every day. It’s so exhausting.

It’s so good. Love it. Canada is the best

I read there are only three to see.

I know. Once my kids build a set they may keep it together for a bit but then they take it apart and put the pieces in the bins. We keep the instructions in binders with plastic sleeves.

Sadly it’s only one day after…

All Lego is mismatched? We have it in coloured bins from ikea. All red together etc, people in one bin, wheels in another and so on.
November 12, 2025 at 6:47 PM
Oh on X I can’t even imagine how awful it likely was. Im sorry any of it has followed you here.
November 12, 2025 at 4:24 AM
Your name on here is Rev Daniel. What do people think your shtick is? I’m shocked anyone is being negative.
November 12, 2025 at 2:59 AM
Really? That’s so very not what high school is/was.
November 11, 2025 at 4:42 PM
Depends. In a relationship, no one would care. One night stand or multiple one night stands and would cause chatter for sure.
November 11, 2025 at 2:56 AM
3 hrs for a kid party is long if dropped off! 2 hrs and pick up please.
November 8, 2025 at 4:41 PM
I feel like this is so age dependent. Preschool and younger - family all came. K/1 - varied some had parents, some not, some whole class. After that kids only, less whole class, more friends.
November 8, 2025 at 4:40 PM
Boo. Thumbs down to that.
November 6, 2025 at 2:25 AM
Your ten year old too? Mine used to all suck during time change but now as teens it seems to be a nonevent
November 5, 2025 at 9:34 PM
Same. And I’m a sandwich snob normally but there is something about Subway that is magic.
November 5, 2025 at 1:38 AM
Oh for sure! I just meant if you still want to do something daily or even weekly or whatever it doesn’t need to be tied the elf if the elf is the concern.
