Sam wasn't sure what possessed him to agree to be Frederic's model, but something about the purity and honesty of the painter's request made his heart falter. He recalled his fair share of classmates in the arts, and figure study was a big deal, especially with the emphasis on drawing all manner of bodies, not just the ones deemed 'attractive' by mainstream media. They were always so staid and formal about it, too; this was to be seen as a platonic analysis, not some sort of sexual objectification. The idea of being painted as a model was almost flattering... enough for him to forget that Frederic was no ordinary painter. As he lay down on the table - with some loose drapery for modesty, as Fred could tell Sam was self-conscious - he assumed as comfortable a position as he could hold for a long time. After the two fussed about the composition for a while, the painter began to paint. Sam didn't think much of it at first. He chalked up the strange, buzzing sensation about him to his own nervousness. But soon, that buzzing began to feel more... distinct. The feeling of precise, delicate brushstrokes along the contours of his body, tracing along his most sensitive curves. He began to squirm. "H-how long is this going to take?" Sam choked out, voice nearly cracking as he attempted to hide his simultaneous discomfort and mild arousal. "I've barely begun," Frederic mumbled, so engrossed in the process of painting he didn't notice Sam's reactions as his eyes darted back and forth to soak in the details. He continued to paint, making use of his extra arms to multitask. Long, drawn-out strokes for form-establishing shadows... thighs, breasts, belly... Short, teasing strokes for small details... creases in skin, body hair, nipples... Sam could feel every. single. one. He tried to remain composed. Frederic was being professional about it. He didn't want to make the painter feel guilty... ...He just prayed his body wouldn't rat out how much it was turning him on...
