Just a little bit of angst with a sprinkling of Flawed Ending Parallel. Temporary second-guessing shower thoughts.
He was hoping the shower would help wash away some of the misgivings creeping into the back of his mind. Unfortunately, it did the opposite. As he sat down on the stool Harri//t had graciously brought him to make showering in his present condition a little bit easier, he felt the warm streams of water trickle down over and through so many uncomfortable, unfamiliar new folds and crevasses of his distorted body, and the gravity of the situation began to set in. What the FUCK was he thinking??! He spent about 30 minutes in the shower holding his head and screaming. It's fine… this is fine… It'll just be… kind of shitty in the mean time… Soon… soon they'll be back with more eggs… Everything wiLl bE gOoD aGaIN…

Hand worms got me acting unwise...

He was on floor 1 when the worms ambushed him from a ventilation grate. The largest tripped him up, pinning him, gleaming teeth inches from his face. Self-preservation guided his focus to it, distracting him enough to disregard the other two, much smaller worms as they struck; one began crawling up his pant leg, while another wriggled its way up his shirt. Their multitude of fingers tickled horribly, enough to nearly snap his attention from the immediate threat, but those teeth terrified him more as he landed a killing blow. Without skipping a beat, he reached into his shirt, yanking that one off him where it gripped infuriatingly to his side, and put his knife through its head, as well. The one in his pant leg would be... a little more difficult. That huge rat was still prowling in the shadows... it wasn't safe here in the hall. He ducked into an empty room, so he could try to get that finger-lined vermin out from- His mind was already swimming from the insistent teasing against his inner thigh, but just as the door closed and locked, the worm's hand-shaped head reached its destination, pinching and probing with precise purpose and causing him to stumble back into a wall, gasping as his vision blurred. He slid down, eyes rolling back slightly as the worm's digits worked their profane magic. His knife remained in hand, trembling, ready to kill as he slowly undid his fly. Fingers pushed deep, catching him off guard. Panting, he spread his legs as its motions quickened... ...quickened as it sensed the approach of its kin. Metallic clanks signaled the arrival of more finger-laden vermin from the vents as the fingers practically vibrated, inside of him and out. He could barely focus on the slavering maws... hundreds of digits rippling in waves... With a moan, he let the knife fall from his hand. Leaning back and closing his eyes, he took a deep breath, and let the happily chittering worms claim him. They had no intention of letting a willing host go to waste.

It was a potent lubricant, relaxing muscles and bolstering the elasticity of surrounding tissues to a supernatural degree, in order to admit more of the faintly pulsating brood. Most importantly, though, it heightened the arousal of the oviposition process. Soon, no more could fit, and the ovipositor slipped out from between his legs, a pair of fingers replacing it to prevent the eggs from slipping back out with his involuntary contractions of bliss… yet he remained wanting. Yearning. He couldn't keep himself from begging for more, entire body quivering, desperate to fulfill what was clearly the sole purpose his whole life was leading him towards. The worms conceded gratefully, carefully transporting their newest acquisition to their progenitor. After all, there was more than one orifice within which they could bestow their highest honor… They would see to it that such a wonderfully obedient host would be lavished with only the most sensational pleasures they could offer.

He was only supposed to keep the eggs safe and warm and damp until the time was right to deposit them for hatching. They weren't supposed to hatch inside him.

But some hatched early, merging with him from within and... altering him permanently in the process.

Letting go of the eggs was an ordeal. They had grown in size a little inside of him, making the process of pushing each out take far longer than initially having them inserted in the first place, even with assistance from others within the newly-burgeoning worm community who managed to either retain or develop sapience. Each egg passing was almost a small orgasm in and of itself, leaving him exhausted beyond measure once the deed was done. But that wasn't all of it. There was also that… deep-seated disappointment that his body would be so empty for the first time in… however long it had been. How long HAD it been? He didn't have time to think about it. Once it was over, he was out like a light. He was pretty sure he slept for days. When he woke up, it was to the familiar tickle of lines of fingers along his sides. …Was it time already? He was still so tired. He tried to brush the worms off. They wouldn't brush off. He woke up, startled, to realize he didn't have company. His own body had begun to sprout fingers where they shouldn't be. He stared at his hands to see more trailing down his arms. Two more worm-like limbs emerged from his sides… two more from his back. It took concentration to move them. When he stopped focusing, they'd start moving on their own, tickling whatever they could reach, like it was their instinct. If these transformations came about from holding the eggs... he was afraid of what happened to him... down there. His belly was still too large to look directly. He reached down with a hand, cautiously exploring himself. He jumped a bit at what he discovered. Whatever he had down there, it was... dexterous, and VERY sensitive. He carefully took hold of the new appendage, stroking its underside, shuddering at the sensations it sent up his body. Closing his eyes, he tightened his grip and gave a gentle tug, and the jolt nearly floored him. Oh. This would take some getting used to... but he could see himself getting VERY used to it.

She could feel the individual eggs sloshing about what felt to be just beneath the surface, in an altogether unnatural way that reminded her nothing of her own pregnancy all those years ago. The feeling alone nearly made her sick… but she powered through her gut reaction as she pulled the covers over. Once settled, she stepped over to the wardrobe for something that might at least provide some dignity covering, once Sam snapped out of the whole ordeal. She shook her head; there wasn't a lot to work with, and definitely nothing that would help with his unnaturally distending gut. She grabbed the largest sweater, then went over to the dresser in the other corner to find the loosest set of pajama slacks, and set them on the bedstand for later. She was about to leave when his words rung in her memory… "I cAN fEeL iT… My liFe fLOwiNg iNto THe EgGs… hOW BliSsFul iT Is tO slOWly ExpIRe iN tHe sERvICe Of sUcH aN aUSpICiOus dUTy." And in remembering, realized she didn't know how long he had been lying there in the dark. Harri//t headed into the kitchen… if he ever returned from this, he would probably be starving… a glass of room temperature water and some rice in chicken broth would probably be safe. She didn't know why she cared so much… but something in the back of her mind demanded she make sure he was okay.

Despite feeling generally down about it, I still add stuff to the doc from time to time. I do find the mental image of Hand Worms never speaking but being called "annoying, pretentious assholes" by other worms who have to listen to their hivemind-speak to be very funny.

I'm reeeeaaaaally tired and have stuff I wanna draw but I'm feeling waaayyy demotivated, so here's a really crap 'tickle heat map' thing for my Sam done in MSP with a mouse.

I wonder who that is helping out here...

A 'topographical/infrared' map of where this idiot is ticklish. Starts light blue and goes to green > yellow > orange > red > dark red > white (erogenous) Light blue isn't 'not ticklish' I do feel like he's so touch-starved that light teasing touches -anywhere- still get him going. Almost wanted to throw in some additional color to indicate 'not ticklish but still feels very good to have scratched' (which would have been back, going up the back of the neck, to scalp). Heaviest focus on inner/under thighs, groin, underbelly, sides, breasts, and armpits, and radiating out from there. Feet are not really a focus by default, though it's hard to demonstrate that their sensitivity would increase over time when everything else is being overwhelmed.
