in disgusting times like these, it feels really empowering to make small changes in my life that are more aligned with my values. i’ve vowed to make zero purchases from amazon this year, i’m doing a no-buy january (no unnecessary purchases), and i’m feeling more in control

i can’t help but wonder if the rise in PCOS and endo diagnoses are due to better testing and medical care or due to endocrine disruptors or some other environmental variables
