I definitely agree, making smaller goals and starting small can lead to consistent habits that will follow someone for a lifetime, i think it’s more effective than making big changes abruptly. @beh353.bsky.social

I totally agree with this and can also relate to baseline hunger. Sometimes I use unhealthy foods as a comfort during stressful situations. I would love to work on finding healthier alternatives that bring the same sense of comfort. #beh353

Wow, this is interesting. I have never heard of this diet but it sounds very dangerous considering the extremely low calorie intake while also burning calories during cardio!
