Too bad they don't have tours anymore, I would have liked to see the vertical launch area, even if not in use. When I used to be interested in space flight, the years gone by, Virgin and before that NASA.

We kinda forgot about the shutdown affecting national parks so the main ruins weren't open. We still got to see Kin Klizhin which was pretty cool and got to meet three other adventurers doing the off-road thing as well. Another adventure in my new home, NM.

Yesterday I went to try sotol for the first time, apparently it's an agave drink from Chihuahua, I love tequila but I think sotol is smoother, even if it smells exactly like tequila. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by this distillery with a nice desert view.

I was missing this staple appetizer from my favorite seafood restaurant, so I decided to give it a try, even when I don't know how to make the sauce, they were still very tasty by themselves, I'll give myself a pat on the shoulder for my "toritos."

It was a nice day driving through the mountains, so I thought I would share.

I'm still amazed at how different and beautiful the sunsets in NM are. I wish my pics were as pretty as what my eye sees.

Today is a hard day, I'm missing my niece, video chat is nice and all, but getting hugged by her is incomparable.
