Venus and Jupiter

A very Florida summer sunrise.

First time I’ve seen wild pigs in a neighborhood during the day (though admittedly only about 630am—maybe the earlier sunrises impinge on their garden munching schedule). #florida

It was 76 degrees and 95% humidity at 430am when I left my house to walk this morning, but at least the sunrise was pretty. #florida

Just after the new moon, Venus and Saturn sit alone in the early morning eastern sky.

(actually Neptune is there too, just below and to the right of Saturn, but it’s way too far away and dim to see with the naked eye)
