If there aren't public health jobs, then list specific job titles and opportunities outside the field that can still improve people's skills. Anything else isn't helpful right now

For people further in their careers, I understand that it's difficult to give specific advice to cater to a large audience, but at the very least cut the vague advice to "get creative" and "put yourself out there."
