That book haul is immaculate.
It strikes me that Han is obsessed with rituals; they are an undercurrent throughout his work. I wonder if he interprets some of the "acceleration society's" problems as stemming from a lack of rituals? The picture is from "Disappearance of Rituals" and he seems to implicitly address your thoughts.

In life, things serve as stabilizing resting points. Rituals serve the same purpose. Through their self-sameness, their repetitiveness, they stabilize life. They make life last [haltbar].
