I got blood everywhere in my damn bathroom, whoops. Good thing I don't have to be careful with hiding it from my parents. They know I relapsed and am working on getting clean so I don't have to hide it as much. So I can do my arms but not a lot but yay. Ily <33

Frozen fruit, nuts and cranberries. Baked potato w tuna salad on the side with bbq, it sounds gross but delicious. Then takis and Nutella, my sisters chocolate cake, rice with cheese and soy sauce, hot wheat cereal with said fruits, nuts and cranberries. Burrito soup and green Chile stew, a lot lmao

I like both but I find cold black coffee a lot easier and refreshing to drink then hot black coffee. Also, if you can, try different types of coffee, there is so many and you might find one you genuinely enjoy <33
