latest built deck is (secret) Karazikar and Xanathar. every card has to have some prominent eyeball(s) somewhere. not many eyes on basics, so went for the ugliest lands, like those weirdo Secret Lair trailer park junkyard lands.

it gets forgotten because it's not one of Redford's bigger pics, but Legal Eagles (1986) is still quite good and chock-full of some great actor persons, including a dashing Terence Stamp who gets to sport some crazy long hair in a flashahead. [sic]

it's also basically a Law & Order movie.

Magic the Gathering art, Zndrsplt and Okaun Secret Lair arts. Zndrsplt is a blue skinned homunculus with a single giant eye for their entire head, in a purple robe, standing on the massive open palm of Okaun, a giant green-skinned cyclops in barbarian armor, yellow horns sprout from Okaun's head, but one is broken, a stump, and somehow the other has two gold earrings, except, what, it's a horn, not an ear.

it was 1994 so you gotta forgive a lot here, but this was a huge moment, meeting Peter David and George Perez at Dallas Fantasy Fair. honestly Peter was the main reason i even went. Houston to Dallas was a big trek at 17. i look extra awkward because they were pressing down on my shoulders.
