I really enjoyed Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein on Netflix because the Creature gets to tell his story. One of the best Frankenstein movies.

Last weekend was the annual Deaf LGBT Social during the Gallaudet Homecoming. It was held at Kiki bar as was last year. Damn, drinks were $$$!
One had teq sunrise (double) and it was $45. Another had rum & Coke and it was $26.
Bars are gonna lose business if drinks are this $$$.

My ASL students told me they learned the sign for Labubu this past weekend from Deaf people at an ASL social event. I bet now that I have seen it, I’ll see it everywhere.

Interesting how, on Facebook, NAD turned off comments in their videos related to the board’s hiatus. They say they’re being transparent but when you don’t allow the public to comment, how is that fostering transparency? Transparency is not a one-way street.
