I turned off the smart settings to get rid of the AI and Google punished me by taking away my "promotions" folder which quietly and reliably filtered my spam up til now. Those bastards.

Yeah I just found that out when I got a ton of notifications for junk email that had been nicely and quietly sitting in my promotions folder. Ugh I hate them.

Chicken porch complete. For now. I wanna find some artificial turf to add to the top of the table so they can stand up there, right now it's too slippery I think. I used leftover plastic feed bags to wall off two sides of the table legs, yay for useful recycling.

With some chickens it wouldn't work cause one might hog the porch and not let others in or out just to be a jerk. But I only have 4 and they all get along so it shouldn't be an issue. I will keep an eye to make sure though!
