Also fun to note that it always has to turn during its attack animations because it stands at an angle... if it looked its opponent straight on, it could hardly see.

TCG sets are ONLY filed under Class 28.

Oh that's funny. In 2022, Pokemon had a 25th anniversary film fest event in Japan that they distributed pokemon at and they gave the Latias from the fifth movie Sweet Kiss.
Only way it could ever get that move, so you know what moment it was referencing.

I have mentioned it before, but I believe Umbreon's shiny comes from the blue-ringed octopus, a highly venomous species found near Japan.
Referencing when Umbreon was a Poison-type, much like how its dex entries mention its poison sweat.
