Only New York, Boston, Minneapolis, and Philly get the majority of their transit budget from the state. Unlike the blue states, we know how Harrisburg feels about transit. Even getting over this crisis, the status quo is never going to work out in the long term!

Yeah it's a weird constraint. I wonder if they're not able to reference the teams by name due to copyright?

They're the remaining actual seeds alive in march madness. Each line is tied to a team. Now why the L is tied to a 6 seed is beyond me...
