Given the evidence of the last few years, dramatically cutting our players wage bill (we need to) doesn’t have to result in a reduction in the quality of our squad. Better scouting, better coaching (of players coming in and our youths. Sounds easy really 🤷🏼♂️

Sometimes the movement of a striker in the box has to be simple. Straight towards a cross ball with intent and purpose. Defending against Dessers is never having to worry about getting a dull one. He creates no pressure or uncertainty
