Keep your spine long and straight, shoulders relaxed and back, and chest lifted. Gently tuck your chin in to lengthen your neck and beathe steadily throughout the pose.

I just reached one of my favourite sutras in The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali at 1:33 - By cultivating attitudes of friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous and disregard toward the wicked, the mind-stuff retains its undisturbed calmness.
