I was ordered to lower the USA flag to half staff. In the past, a person with the USA dies, we lower. Today, I was asked to lower for the pope. The pope is great, I'm sorry he died, but I am not lowering the flag for him unless there is a good argument over the separation of church and state.

I've been doing a little study of democratic organizations. It's strange. Do you know that we give consent to be governed? In most cases, the governing does what the governed wants. It's a consent agreement.
