Check out these ice rinks in Canada and sunny tracks in Chile! 🌍

Taking care of your health will pay off 🤗
I’ve been working my ass off with my health, and I’m starting to see the changes. It has been ridiculously tedious, tracking meals, taking weekly photos/measurements, and hitting the gym three days a week on top of all my running, but damn it feels good to see the progress.

3. Longevity Markers
• Less stress
• Heart health
• Hormone balance
• Lower inflammation
• Enhanced cell repair

Your body is constantly adapting.

When you give it the right signals, it naturally moves toward balance.

Start with just ONE of these practices.

A perfect biohacking breakfast should optimize brain function, energy levels, and overall health while keeping blood sugar stable and supporting cellular function.

Did you know… that getting sunlight in the morning helps regulate your circadian rhythm, boosts mood, and improves sleep—so instead of waking up and doom-scrolling in bed, step outside and let the sun roast your eyeballs (in a healthy way, of course)? ☀️😎

Did you know… your body produces enough heat in 30 minutes to boil a half-gallon of water? So technically, you’re a walking tea kettle—stay hydrated before you steam yourself out! ☕🔥

Hydrate Like You Owe Water Money 💦 – Your body is 60% water, so stop running on coffee and regret. Chug that H2O like it’s a bottomless brunch mimosa.

Your body temperature follows a circadian rhythm 🌡️, controlled by the hypothalamus.

Morning (lowest) 💤 → The body conserves energy during sleep.

Afternoon (highest) 🌞 → Metabolism and activity levels peak.

This natural cycle helps regulate energy, sleep, and alertness! 🔄🔥

Here are three morning habits to set yourself up for a healthy and productive day:

1️⃣ Hydrate First Thing

2️⃣ Move Your Body

3️⃣ Mindful Start (Meditation or Journaling)

1. Avoid ultra-processed foods such as snacks, fast food, and sugary drinks, which are linked to weight gain, inflammation, and chronic diseases.

2. Get 7-9 hours of quality sleep to support your immune system, brain function, and prevent weight gain.

To build a habit, start small, stack it onto an existing routine, and track progress. Reward yourself and align it with your identity—think “I am a reader” instead of “I want to read.” Consistency makes it stick! 🚀

Recurring dreams happen due to unresolved emotions, stress, or subconscious concerns. They often reflect ongoing conflicts, fears, or experiences that your mind is trying to process. Dreams may signal deep-seated anxieties, traumas, or unmet needs, resurfacing repeatedly until they are addressed.

Zzz

Sleep inertia is the grogginess after waking up, caused by deep sleep disruption or poor sleep habits. To reduce it, wake at the right time, get sunlight, avoid snoozing, and move around.
