You know what... long covid can be a right bitch. Before, I was in the gym 4 days a week, strong fit and healthy. Lifting big weights with ease, recovering quickly. Yesterday I went to a concert and today my arms are sore from applauding afterwards. My muscles hurt... from applauding 😐

Tonight America’s moral authority lies in tatters. Trump’s actions were not diplomacy but raw gangsterism, bullying a nation fighting for its survival. We can no longer pretend the US is a reliable ally. Europe must unite, politically, militarily, and economically to defend democracy and Ukraine.
