The PhD is almost over, my viva is on Dec 9.

There's no future position waiting for me. There's no money to start a business. There's no visa to live somewhere else. There are no friends waiting to spend time with Yigit back home. However, there's hope and I'm alive.

Now that the UK is 'an island of strangers', I have started checking positions in mainland Europe so that I can make some other country into being more strangersland.

I wish my only concern would be just writing a thesis at the moment.

I am now getting closer to the end of my PhD studies, I will hopefully be done this year and already looking for an inclusive and motivation-driven workplace where I can contribute to research.

I would like to introduce the future co-authors of my #PhD thesis: Tofu and Turi. We will be writing a thesis on the strange #Kalanchoë this year, stay tuned.

Tofu will be handling #molecular work, Turi is more focused on #epigenetics.

I shall be "the hands" as they only have paws.
