It seems it was built most outside of the woods where you see the clearing in the earlier episode and where they put the markers.
Neibolt street is pretty close to The Barrens and we know that's where the settlers built a well that became the abandoned house and all that!

I can't help it. It's a glorious trainwreck thats honestly pretty decent when Kim isn't in it. I think she had maybe 5 minutes of screen-time last episode and it was the best yet 🤣
