Canada Life has given Granite users access to their parking lot for years, but I can see why they wouldn’t want to formally enter into an agree that would restrict development on their own property.

Looks like the PP&D committee is going to adjourn the public hearing (i.e. delay the process of developing supportive housing two months and skip out on everyone waiting in the Council gallery and Zoom room to delegate).
