My evening ritual includes: making notes of next steps (in a painting or project) for tomorrow and tacking them next to the painting. Writing any notes of key learnings, or key challenges from the day. Then I take my "upstairs kit" to the lounge and do some relaxed sketching of whatever I want 😊

My morning ritual includes: making my coffee, heading downstairs to my studio, opening the doors and windows, putting on a fresh playlist, and sitting at my drawing table. Then I'll speak some words of gratitude while sketching something simple like gestures or shapes.
