Remove 15,000 experienced military personnel who likely would disobey illegal orders against a vulnerable group. Create disorder in the chain of command. Increase unemployment by creating economic hardship, thereby increasing enlistment under new regime/paradigm.
It's just pure hatred. Meanwhile, Dems are acting like this is about sports. More than 15k active duty troops could be immediately discharged. They could immediately lose all veterans and GI benefits depending on how they're discharged.

Our trans brothers and sisters in arms meet our standards and have served honorably. But the argument is actually stronger than that:
The push to allow trans service members to serve openly didn't come from outside the military; we asked for it.

But let me make this absolutely clear: these accusations are false. Trans service members have been serving openly for eight years without any measurable harm to unit cohesion or readiness. In fact, we have proven time and again that we meet the same rigorous standards as every other Soldier.
