Today's loaf. Still a tight crumb but less uniform with some bigger holes. Also I need to figure out how to score the loaf. That may solve some of the crumb issues. I really can't complain about the flavor, though, or the smell of my kitchen... 😍

At it again with the sourdough (currently autolysing), and I also included a photo of the crumb from my first loaf. It turned out well but I'm hoping for some bigger holes in the crumb this time. If you are a seasoned sourdough baker, please advise! 😅

Today I'm making my first sourdough loaf ever. So far we've made the dough, rested the dough, formed a ball, risen (raised?) the dough, stretch and folded, raised (risen?) again, stretched and folded again, and now it'll sit for a while before I bother it yet again. Hope it'll be worth it! 😅
