Just start! I mean a tunnel under Mt Ainslie into Canberra CBD is cool and all but high speed rail won't happen unless it is actually built in the first place.

I remember watching CFF films at a cinema in Canberra Australia in the 70s. Something about radio controlled spitfire models shooting down other planes with dart guns if I remember correctly.

There was a laser tag venue set up in an office building in the Melbourne CBD in the 90s. All carpet floors & a really tight playing area. If you asked they would turn the music off so you had to be stealthy at all times. You jumped out of your skin when someone came round the all too close corner.

Mortality isn't the only metric that should be used for success. Even cancer that is successfully treated can have significant quality of life impacts.

It's complicated enough where I live let alone internationally. Daylight saving means Australia has 5 timezones rather than 3 for the next 6 months or so.

4 is ... Weird. Find out what race you are playing and listen to the Space Cats Peace Turtles podcast episode on that race. Don't play space Risk. Figure out how you're getting to 10 points. Plan on doing it in 5 rounds. Don't be afraid of trading Support for the throne with someone as 1 of your 10.

They're were no laptops when I was at uni. Macs had just come out and some of the richer students had them. There was no network to connect to. People thought that computer science students were word for stopping of at the terminal room to check their email.

Those are messed up. Being in a claustrophobic tube is bad enough without them putting your head in a cage as well.

I don't have TIME to keep up with the latest TTRPGs. It took me more than 40 years to get around to running my current campaign, let alone anything new.
