Hard work doesn’t always pay-off. Furthermore, when hard work doesn’t pay-off working harder is not the answer. If you genuinely worked your hardest, it could only be 1 of 2 things. 1) You did the wrong thing the right way. 2) You did the right thing the right way, but didn’t do it long enough.
