Kendrick Lamar showed more courage in the face of rising American tyranny than we’ve seen from ANY former American leader. If you swore an oath to protect this nation, where are you now?

A VA psychologist friend reached out today. Her job is at a VA in the heartland. Her job, in my view, is helping veterans with post traumatic stress stay alive. She is one of the hundreds of thousands of federal employees who has been encouraged to resign…

Today in US History: On Feb. 3, 1870, the 15th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified, granted black men the right to vote. It was passed by Congress on February 26, 1869. Black Americans were set free by the 13th amendment. The 14th Amendment guaranteed citizenship.

I would caution people to stop relying on the Constitution as written to have any meaning other than what the people Trump put on the Supreme Court says it means.

"He can't do that" is not a useful response to the things he's going to do. The correct response is "Will the Court uphold that?"
Trump cannot abrogate birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment by way of executive order. That’s not how constitutional rights work.

Trump on Elon Musk: "He knows those computers better than anybody. All those computers. Those vote-counting computers. And we ended up winning Pennsylvania like in a landslide."
