This is me, I can fall asleep within 10 minutes anywhere and if I get woken up I can easily go back to sleep

The caveat is that it almost never feels like I slept for however long I did. 8 hours feels like 6 and 6 hours feels like 4. I get the rare 9 hours and my body feels sore and not refreshed
