A revolution is necessary for the change you desire, but is this even enough tyranny to motivate enough people to action, and how many will oppose revolution? America has had ample potential flashpoints for revolution but do they actually want to stop consuming long enough to fight?

Maybe that's character growth that he was less concerned with the power he acquired and more with having a family but it just makes me think I should have done more of the Spharai trials in FFXI before I quit.

The bulk of the story was early and mid game but a lot of the end game levels happen off panel, it kinda reminds me of the regrets of quitting an MMO, after farming a bunch of endgame gear but soon after quitting the game you realize you spent more time farming that gear then you did using that gear

I almost didn't go back to Kagurabachi after the first volume, it was a good enough setup but it hooked me by the second volume and it kept the momentum going through the 5th volume imo. I haven't read the last volume of Solo Leveling but that was pretty good throughout, ending feels rushed tho

Been trying to read more and play games less, also read almost all of Solo Leveling, first 5 volumes of Kagurabachi, and the first volumes of Monsteress, Bochi the Rock, and Marvel's Runaways. Currently I borrowed the first three volumes of Kekkaishi from the library.

I don't even know why I stopped playing Secret of Mana but the thing that makes the end of 3 a pain in the ass is no map, I'm already leveled high enough to beat the final boss with little difficulty. I've also been reading the Witcher books, 2/3 of the way through Baptism of Fire.

Got through the tutorial just to get started, have to play more after I finish reading the manga, but the game looks and feels really smooth on PS4 Pro so far, lots of customization options, I didn’t dig around much but looks like a really solid collection from what I’ve seen.

Simple and Clean has always been great.

So I started Kingdom Hearts Final Remix on PS4, I had enough free space with and the games are all on disc if you were wondering about Kingdom Hearts The Story So Far on PS4, didn’t need an update either, good on them.

The limitations of the system do feel evocative of exploring a world, it does well to dress up the loading screens with animations and flavor text, it works but also chop chop I got places to fly.

I am learning the map somewhat, Matango was relatively easy to find because the way it looks on the map is evocative of a mushroom, the basic biomes are clear enough and it’s not a huge map, but I hesitate to use the world map to pick a direction since it takes a moment to load.

Beat the Gold Tower, I’m convinced the lack of direction is to make up for the repetition in the dungeons. I should have done grinding in the temple for Battle Suits and weapon upgrades, ended up skipping half the enemies and beating the boss, had to fly to the area to the north to grind.

I was able to fix the oasis town and get the Moogle Belt, even knowing what I was looking for was a hell of a time to find with the perspective thing. Cool technology but clunky implementation, hardware limitation, etc. It’s not the worst way to fast travel, Zone of the Enders had a similar design

So I’m far enough that I got Flammie’s Drum, yay fast travel! Pluses: freedom of movement, neat world map. Minuses: no idea where to go. I am paying to the dialogue and I’m following the hints but no clue how far I’m supposed to go or what I’m looking for. Breadcrumbs aren’t the worst thing.

It’s okay, people will notice when it’s too late and nothing can be done, but you’ll be able to tell them “I told you so” look forward to that!
