Hi Shivani! As a college student sometimes it is hard to find time to cook and plan healthy meals when we have busy schedules. Especially during exam season when we are stressed, we tend to turn to unhealthy foods no not waste time. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Nicole! The keto diet is something that I have heard much about lately to help with weight loss. As you mentioned it's eating foods with mostly veggies, meats, and cheese and very little carbs. I wonder how eating little carbs helps with weight loss. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
