Deep Brenda Lore - 13 yrs ago, I got in a knife fight with another woman and wound up needing 9 stitches on my lip. I was taken to the emergency room by an orthopedic surgeon and the county coroner. (Picture from after the stitches got out for proof)

Finally got to do the Rocky Horror thing at my hometown theater tonight. We had a blast! I threw together a closet cosplay of Frank and tried to make up for the lack of details with body glitter. My friend Jolene had a perfect Columbia costume.

More importantly, during the Haunted Walk, my mom and Aunties were the Boo Crew at admission and selling raffle tickets. And Buzzy, mom's puppy, wore matching pj's with everyone.

Anyways, here's my fav Haunt Character! The year I got to make up my mom &I as broken porcelain dolls. At night, I'm the dark, we looked practically identical. We also sound the same.
My mom & i wearing matching plaid Lolita dresses (hers is navy w/ red &white checks, mine is red w/ green checks). both dresses are from Baby the Stars Shine Bright. We are wearing curly, pigtailed wigs, here's slightly darker than mine. I have done broken doll makeup on us. I am wearing a white out contact in my one eye to imply that my face is smashed. We are standing, holding hands and using our free hands to hold our skirts out. A close-up of our broken doll makeup. Our mouths are done up like a ventriloquist dummy. You can see the spiderwebbing cracks in our "porcelain" along with a more detailed shot of the white out "blind" eye. You can also see how our faces are so very similar to each other.

Tuesday's throwback Haunt Character was Moth Ma'am. We did an Appalachian themed Haunt last year. We had a Sasquatch, Moth man, and even a squonk!

First up this week for my Haunt characters- Ghost Pirate Captain. I was the distraction character so I wore the white ruffled shirt and my own ginger hair so I was bright and ready to see. With the Haunt being outdoors, actors are basically invisible unless they are in white.
