I've had a few roosters over the years of having chickens, mostly by accident. Fucking roosters will wake up at any goddamn time of night and decide to crow, because they're assholes. Midnight, 3 AM, not to mention all damn day. On a related note, I have a great recipe for Coq au vin.

IMO it's an allegory of the beginnings of human Mind awareness & self-identity; we see ourselves as distinct individuals separate from other humans & animals (e.g., A&E realize they are naked)...

Honestly what I want to know is once they cut all this "excess spending," are they actually gonna lower our taxes or are they just gonna keep taking our tax money per usual and keep the money they "saved" for themselves? Because my Spidey senses say probably the latter.
